About the job:

Time: 7:15 pm to 4:15 am [Night Shift/ Onsite]

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of business analysis, with a strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
Create and maintain detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement documents (FRDs).
Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization in business processes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to business systems and processes.
Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI to analyze and present data insights to stakeholders.
Assist in the development of business forecasting models and strategies.
Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
Maintain and organize documentation in SharePoint for easy access and collaboration.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
Experience creating and maintaining BRDs, FRDs, and technical documentation.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Familiarity with SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
